In the Denver Post: The Waiting Room Gallery presents group exhibit with internationally known curator Dan Cameron
Dan Drossman is honored to announce a collaboration with esteemed curator Dan Cameron for the next exhibit at The Waiting Room Gallery. A Delicate Balance is a show about the progression of art, artists, and time. It revisits an exhibition conceived by graduates of New York City’s School of Visual Arts (SVA) MFA program who, upon graduation in 2006, organized a group show at a prestigious commercial gallery, also curated by Cameron. The exhibit runs February 18-March 17, 2022 and brings together recent works by 15 artists from the original group of 25, including many who have made a name for themselves nationally and internationally. This is a fantastic opportunity for Denverites to become familiar with some reputable artists who mostly exhibit in New York City.
The public is invited to an Opening Reception on February 18, 2022 from 6-10 pm at this non-traditional gallery space located in 3258 Larimer Street, a quaint commercial office building in RiNo. Visitors are welcome to take a self-guided tour of the show during business hours, Monday-Friday 9-5 pm or appointments can made for a guided viewing by emailing Dan Drossman at thewaitingroomdenver@gmail.com.
